Our holiday apartments are comfortable, cozy and above standard and surely meet your requirements of ideal holiday and relax in the heart of High Tatras. Villa Severka offers a total accommodation capacity of 25 beds and 2 additional beds in 6 apartment units. It is equipped with a spacious ski-room and lock up space for bikes. WiFi internet connection is fully at your disposal allover the building.

Our holiday apartments:

Slavkov – Designed for 4 people and one additional bed. Located on the ground floor facing the East. With the surface area of 61 m2, bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom – a guarantee of comfortable holiday in the mountains. Our recommendation: perfectly suitable for a couple seeking comfort or 5 member families.


Severka – Cozy accommodation for two on the surface area of 40 m2 located on the ground floor facing the South. Equipped with kitchen, bathroom and living room which at night changes into a comfortable bedroom thanks to its sofa- bed. Possibility of an additional bed for a child under 12 years. Our recommendation: perfectly suitable for a couple or family with one child
Gerlach – Designed for 4 people and one additional bed (when needed). Situated on the ground floor facing the West with the view on Mount Gerlach and pleasant afternoon sun. On the surface area of 61 m2. you will find all what you need – bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom.
Polianka – Cute and cozy apartment for two on the surface area of 42 m2 facing the South with living room, kitchen, bathroom and balcony is just perfect for a romantic holiday for a couple looking for comfort, relax and privacy in High Tatras. Our recommendation: Experience romantic moments with candle light and wine on the balcony with breathtaking view in summer or winter!
Hrebienok – Light and spacious, situated on the second floor with the surface area of 64 m2. With a spacious bedroom and living room facing the East, kitchen, bathroom and balcony, with the majestic view on Low and High Tatras, it can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. Our recommendation: Apartment Hrebienok is the largest of all and offers all what you expect and need.
Palace – It is the top comfort of Villa Severka. Two-storey apartment facing both the North and the South with breathtaking view on three predominant summits of Stary Smokovec – Slavkovsky Stit, Lomnicky Stit and Gerlachovsky Stit – and you have the Tatras on your palm! The apartment Palace is the symbol of comfort and luxury everyone deserves. It is located on the top floor on the surface area of 120 m2. with a spacious living room, kitchen with a bar counter, 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms upstairs. It can accommodate 4 to 8 people.
