Where can I park, and is parking included in the price? expand_more
Each Villa Severka apartment comes with one parking space right on the Villa Severka grounds — and yes, parking is included in your stay.
When are check-in and check-out? Is a later departure possible? expand_more
Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. (a surcharge may apply after 9:30 p.m.). Check-out is from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. A late check-out is possible for a surcharge if the property can accommodate it on the day.

Are the kitchens fully equipped? expand_more
Yes. In the kitchen you'll find everything for comfortable cooking: a fridge, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, electric kettle, tableware, kitchen utensils and a coffee maker.
What type of coffee maker is in the apartment? expand_more
All apartments are equipped with a lever espresso machine (without a coffee grinder).
Do I need to bring my own bed linen and towels? expand_more
No. Clean towels and bed linen are waiting for you in the apartment. For stays longer than 7 days we'll gladly change them on request.
Is the bathroom equipped with a hairdryer and toiletries? expand_more
Yes. You'll find a hairdryer and basic toiletries — toilet paper, hand and body soap, and shampoo.
What type of sofa bed is in the apartment? expand_more
The exceptional-quality Steel sofa beds are designed for everyday, comfortable sleeping. A sofa by day, a bed by night.
What type of duvets are in the apartment? expand_more
The Scan Quilt BASIC duvet, suitable for year-round use. It satisfies guests with standard warmth requirements. Its outer fabric, a polyester-cotton blend, has ideal properties — the duvet is soft, light and drapes beautifully.
Storage & practical information
Can I safely store my skis and ski boots with you? expand_more
Yes. There's a lockable ski room in the basement, fitted with an electric ski-boot dryer.
Can I safely store my bike with you? expand_more
Yes. In summer the lockable ski room serves as bike storage.
Can I do laundry? expand_more
Yes. At the self-service laundry U Milušky (Starý Smokovec 19024), open 24/7 and just a 4-minute walk from our apartments.
Do you provide a baby cot? expand_more
Yes, we'll gladly provide a practical folding travel cot for children — a playpen with a mattress and a waterproof sheet.
Can I use a recreation voucher? expand_more
Yes. You can use a recreation voucher from your (Slovak) employer with us.
